Feeding oats to the horse.

We have a horse who lives in the lot next to ours, he has owners- but they more or less don't take care of him. We usually buy a thing of oats every week or two to make cookies with and to feed to the horse. It's pretty nice outside and I haven't checked the mail since Monday so later when I go to check the mail I am going to go ahead and give the horse some oats. We don't know his actual name, but we have been calling him Ed, since we moved in.
