Are men more flirtatious than women?

That's a tricky question to answer as one can't actually say this gender for sure does this or that more than the other, personally in my humble opinion it's a matter of personality and character. Just like being honest or generous, neither gender can be weighed against the other but as individuals, we can be rated by our actions. Anyways, that's my humble opionon. You never know ;)
