Good morning and Happy 1st Sunday of April

Well this morning when I looked out the window it wasn't an April Fool's joke, the lawn is covered in snow. Not a lot but snow just the same. Hopefully the sun will come out later today and melt it away.
I have nothing planned for today. I really should clean out my storage closet but that may have to wait for another day. I am just laying here in bed sipping on my morning coffee while my fiance cooks breakfast...mmm.....I smell bacon.
I think he is making breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg, cheese and maybe ham. So what is everybody else having for breakfast? Do you ever get served breakfast in bed?

good morning, but good evening in this side of the world. my friend, your breakfast is sweet, because it is prepared by your fiancee. i like the sandwich filling of egg, bacon and cheese. it is already a one-dish meal.
no, i am not served breakfast in bed, because i am usually the one doing our breakfast. hahaha!

@carexing25 never been serve in bed as well. Must be nice to be treated like that.
Does eating in hospital bed as a patient be considered as breakfast in bed?

same here.. I am the one to prepare breakfast. I wonder how it feels being served with breakfast n bed.. that would be really sweet.

Oh wow how nice is that, and no I have never had breakfast in bed. I do hope your snow melts away and that's the last of it. My Chicago Cubs start their season today and I can't wait for the game tonight. That's pretty much it for me. We have local elections this Tuesday and I'm an election judge so Monday and Tuesday are going to be busy for me.

The snow is almost all gone now. The sun is shining bright. It ended up being a beautiful day. Good luck to your Cubs tonight. Best of luck with everything on Monday and Tuesday.

I used to get coffee in bed. I do not mind a pastry, but a full meal would be awkward to eat in bed.

I made bacon, sausages, eggs and toast this morning too-no better way to start a Sunday is there?
I've got a load of laundry going currently and a full load in the dishwasher.
I even have a roast in the slow cooker-now......soon will be time for me!

That sounds really good. I don't know how to make sausage gravy but I had it when I was visiting Florida and I loved it. It was so good.

I never get served breakfast in bed unless I'm home sleeping while my mom takes my brother to work in the morning, and she gets donuts at dunkin donuts. Lol. I love bacon! We dont make it too often though.

No snow thank God! The only time I got breakfast in bed was when I was in the hospital 10 years ago. Your breakfast sounds yummy, I had coffee and a banana.
