What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I am having skirt steak seasoned with Trader Joe's BBQ dry rub. That stuff is the best! To go with it I'm having a baked sweet potato and steamed cauliflower. A fast and delicious dinner if I do say so myself. My husband isn't getting home until late so he won't want dinner. I'm just cooking for myself.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Fried macaroni. They are leftover from yesterday. We are out of pasta sauce, so mom decided to fried it with chilli paste, shrimp paste, soy sauce, eggs and shredded carrot.

@NJChicaa Me too. It's mom's experiment. But it taste good, we finished it and feeling full, no leftovers left, so everyone's happy.

I guess it will be pork curry. Yeah, just like the more popular chicken curry, but better. I love savory food and if you have enough fat on the meat, together with that spicy coconut milk and hot steamed rice, you're all set.
