Springtime Woes

Here in the lovely state of Oklahoma, Spring has sprung which means allergies, sinus infections and beautiful birth of nature. Ragweed is the worst for me, although pollen runs a very close race. How is Spring springing where you are? Do you suffer from many allergy and/or sinus issues?
Local honey, lemon and hot water are the best remedies.
Nature can cure!!

My allergies are horrible . so I try to make sure I take my meds everyday. If not I feel horrible. The Polly makes it all a nightmare. I enjoy getting the showers here and there it keeps some of the pollen washed away.

Yes, we're in for really big thunderstorms tonight...hopefully that will help. In the most severe cases only a Zpaq works. Happy Spring!!

Somtime I got allergic with random things, and that is really bad and make me so suffer
