Working out.

So I had a baby 6 weeks ago today. So today for the first time I went to the gym and did a real good workout. My body is sore and I'm for sure tired. But if I stay persistent and keep focused I will have the body I want back in no time! I hope everyone has a good night.

Oh boy. You might be in worse pain tomorrow, as the pain is usually worse the day after exercising lol. But I'm sure you can get to whatever goal you set for yourself if you keep it up. Summer beach days with the babes can be a motivator too.
