Being in that pool is no joke!

Up at 7am and back in the pool at 9am. We only had about 7 women today, so there was lots more room to splash around in. But my body is definitely feeling it now. My knees were hurting during the session. She had us jumping and hopping in the water and my knees just didn't want to do that. So I slowed things down a little bit until she was doing something else that I could do with no pain. I'm glad that I can pretty easily get up early in the morning now, but I know there's a nap coming. It doesn't seem to hurt my sleep at night anymore. I guess now that I'm doing a lot more, my body is more receptive to sleep at a proper time again. So I'm reaping benefits from exercise already, and that's what's keeping me going. I now have the weekend in front of me with no specific plans (at least right now). I do have some reorganization to do in my bedroom and the next few days will be perfect for that. Yesterday, I did take a short nap and when I woke up, I began some of the work in the bedroom since I was feeling so refreshed. So now I can just pick up where I left off. I'm also putting my sweaters away and bringing out clothes for spring and summer. Hope you're having a good Thursday. It's raining again here, but that's not bothering me. It's great weather for some reading and that nap I'm craving so much! Claudia

Yes if you can do some excercise of some sort, that is a Plus. I am not able to do much, and then I read and heard somewhere since I am diabetic and even though I have lost a ton of weight, my BS is very high. So I am not able to excercise much. Wishing I could do more.
