So it's about that time, dinner time that is. The oven is preheating and I am about to go assemble the pan so I can stick it in and have it bake. Tonight we are having chicken marsala. I haven't made it in a long long time, so it should be good. What are you having for dinner tonight?

I love chicken marsala. I haven't had it in such a long time. We had leftover chili tonight for dinner.

How does one "assemble" chicken marsala? I've always made it the traditional way which requires a couple of pots and pans.
