Anger....

In this busy world, every one of us are so stressed and are always in a hurry. Hurry to make money, to find happiness and also we hurry towards anger. Angry, do you get angry? How do you control it or does it controls you? Perhaps it is both in some cases. I do get angry and given sometime I cool myself. What is anger?How does it happens? Anger is a perfectly healthy emotion that occurs in all human beings. It happens when a person feels that his personal feelings are being violated. According to Science, when we feel anger, the 'amygdala', the center for emotional processing, sends a signal to our hypothalamus, which sends epinephrine to the adrenal glands, which starts pumping adrenaline throughout our body. This is a physiological process that prepares our body to any sort of threat and to face it. Anger is mostly felt as a psychological emotion, that is triggered when a person's feelings are hurt. You may have observed that we get anger when we are being provoked, teased, or feeling that our principles or personal feelings have been hurt. Anger can have many physical and mental consequences. Friends you know most of our relationships are broken due to this term. So its better to control our anger. There are many ways for this among which meditation is the most sophisticated method. Lets all try and not get carried away but that doesn't mean we have to keep our anger to ourselves. Even that has an adverse effect on our mind and body. That is why I want to check into yoga to do at home because I want to learn how to control my anger. There are times I get so frustrated with people and things and want answers then and there and people that are nice till they have to do something that is hard and then they turn on you, but, I am the one blamed and ganged up on. Yes, my anger controls me and do not know how to turn it off.

@manasamanu My problem Manasa is that I build it up and then it finally comes out. I know that is not good.

I feel the same too, sometimes my anger takes over the better part of me;the patience. It is so hard at times to control it. Still looking for measures to control them. Hope we will find it soon.:)

@Hannihar Yeah that's really bad. My temper is a little different, I outburst at the moment and also get cool down at the same time but sometimes it also gets carry forwarded and the mind gets ruptured.
