It is impossible to say which is the best verse in the Bible. The best option for you is to find a New Testament and start reading it. Meanwhile, get in touch with a good Christian, pastor or a priest of your area. They may perhaps give you a New Testament.

I think all the verses in the Holy Bible are meaningful. The best thing is to find time reading the book. I had read cover-to-cover when I was in high school.
