Gender in the work place

My thoughts about the Gender and other issues in the workplace... First off... Gender should not matter. Male, Female, Binary, Both none.. all humans deserve equal rights. Secondly some of the feminism movements are just masculine and not feminine at all and makes me scratch my head. Third... Men and Woman and non Binary.. all Deserve To have equal pay, and equal buy options. Men's clothes should not be so much more expensive then womans clothes and their paycheck should not be larger either. Both Men, and Woman should be allowed Maternity and Paternity leave.. To have good quality family time. All should have some Well days, Sick Days, and not be ran into the ground.... Happy contented workers work better than sick an stressed workers do. Work Days should be more flexible.. Why lock everyone into a certain hour every day ... Some people want to work longer some want to work shorter. 3- 12 hr work days... At this point I do not see most of this as feminism or gender issue anymore. I see this as an equality issue.. and we do not have to sectional base markets and such on gender toy.. Many Toys stores did away with marketing boys toys and girls toys realizing the gender separation was old school non sense, ans started to market as electronic and non electronic toys... I hope to see our generation of people able to move beyond the gender divisions... and start to unify a better world, whether one labels themselves as feminist or not. (i do not label myself this, i am equal rights) The Sooner the workforce starts to improve their divide and not only pay equally and not on gender biases, as well as market equally... The more soon each company can not only function better with happy healthy workers. but also market better, as suddenly male only or female only items that many enjoyed and wanted that were barred by the gender labels can step in and buy either style, and product, and enjoy it. This of course is not saying they have to do away with Male, Female, and Unisex marketed items or products either.. But it is to say you can open the doors if you start to market items that do not have to be necessarily restricted by such labels.

My factory consists of 80% woman as the company want more woman to work on the production. They said women are more meticulous to create complicated parts.

Many times Men or Women tend to dominate certain jobs better.. As long as all workers get treated with the proper respect should be no issue.

But, I agree with you. But, how can we protest against the action of the God?

Is it God we are protesting against or Man's representation and image of God?
