Climate change aka Global Warming, is killing this planet. So far we are still arguing who started the 1 degree increase from CO2 being released as essentially irreversible.

This is I wanted people not to discuss over. If we stick to that point many countries will get their names in the list. Better this point is now kept aside and the steps needed are to be discussed. This is what the Climate Change Control Conference in Paris discussed. Just name the country responsible for the poor performance and shame it is the good medicine I think.
