Today is not a holiday (so of course Iam working). My two brothers are the same so Iam unsure why my sister and mother said Easter dinner was today.
\I said weeks ago I had to work and wont be going as I have Friday and Sunday off (same with everyone else).
So I get a phone call yelling at me because I have to work. Not my issue noone wants to go is it. Iam not calling in sick either I'd much rather be working with her negative toxic attitude.

That is how I view it.my sister and mother both work government jobs and work 6 hour shifts if that Monday to Friday.

She knew you were working and most people are on Monday so there is no excuse for her to call you all upset because you can't be there.

@BarBaraPrz my shifts are 10 hours 1pm to 11pm then 4 days a week.

I told them weeks ago I was off Friday and Sunday I just had to petsit but could put in dinner between it. But apparently Monday is a holiday to them. So Noone is going to go apparently.

Some people celebrate on Saturday, some sunday and others monday.. never understood it myself but yeah. Sorry you are getting yelled at for it
