Atkins fat fast

Has anyone ever tried the Atkins fat fast, and if you did, did you lose weight? Did it make you ill?

I personally have neverd used that weightloss system but I do have a freind that did and she lost over 50 pds took her a good year to do the program to get there but she also did it slow and did lot of research on it and did alot of excerise and followed it strickly...and she is doing good now she has not put the weight on and she has she has learned how to eat better..
