Quality over quantity!

I have been really packed up and stressed due to many things and decided to go for a break from the social networking mode. When I distanced myself I felt more peaceful and focused. But I didn't lose contact with two bestest buddies of mine and the reason was that talking to them makes me feel lighter and energized to get back in life. And what I converse with them is nothing except what's up with you guys these days. They may not even know my state yet they are able to cheer me up indirectly and keep the faith in me in check. That's the beauty of a true friendship which speaks beyond words and meaning. I am really thankful to them. It's not about how many friends you have, it's about how many friends are there with you qualitatively. Quality matters over quantity. Do you have such friends to whom you call anytime and just feel charged up when you talk to them?

That's the bestest type of friendship where distance doesn't cause any hindrance between your tie.

Yes, I have less than 5 friends and I can talk to them anytime. They also do the same thing to me.

I must admit that I lost touch with my close friends. I usually talk much with my immediate family and being in mylot is good way to communicate.

@shubhu3 I agree. But I am sure they had changed and cannot remember the old days.

@Shavkat May be they do yet they are so engrossed that they may not have the time to reflect back.

This happens. Many times we do lose touch with our buddies.

Quality over quantity rules for me. Could you PLEASE put some space between your paragraphs? Difficult to read when the writing is all in one solid block. Thanks.

It's true, quality definitely matters over quantity. Everyone needed that one friend who is there for him at any condition.
