A new product has emerged in the market known as Oohoo. It is an edible water ball. Frozen water is encapsulated in an edible gel membrane of calcium chloride and brown algae. This does away with the need to carry water bottles. This ball is pierced and the whole ball is placed in the mouth. The size varies. It is reported that it could be made even at home. In this case water is frozen so that it can be encapsulated and once that is done the water inside melts (lol) Somehow I knew somebody would have something silly to say

It would have to be very small before I could put the whole thing in my mouth. My mouth is small.

That's a good information. I think we need to have certain containers to prevent from breaking while on travel.

Interesting but the brown algae is turning me off. Think I'll just keep drinking my water, I don't have to eat it lol.

This is a very interesting product. But I am not sure whether it is practical. Try to image I still need it packed so that I can keep it with me when I go out. I can't put it into my bag directly. Otherwise it will be dirty to eat the water.
