Even though I like Kale fresh and cooked, my favorite way to consume it is dried with seasoning. There is nothing like it. It's a snack for me and and a wonderful way to get vegetables. My research has told me that the darker green a leafy vegetable is, the more nutrition it has. How do you like this delicious vegetable? Or do you avoid it?

I don't avoid it, but I don't go out of my way to get it either. I enjoy it baked like a chip. It's quite refreshing that way.

I haven't had the baked kale chips. The kale chips I looked at had a lot of fat in them so I put them back. Bet they taste good.

@MsBooklover I don't buy store branded chips... I take kale and rinse it, then pat it dry and drizzle olive oil over it. It has been a long time since I've made kale chips though, and I am the only one in the household who loves them. Oh, and you bake them on 350 ish? I prefer mine less crispy...

@ScribbledAdNauseum Thank you very much. I am determined to make my own because they are so expensive.
