I have had an amazing day. The weather has been beautiful. Right now it is in the 80's and there is a wonderful breeze blowing. I finally finished the diaper cake I was making for my daughter's shower - it tuned out amazing. They are going to love it. I took pictures so I can write a post about it all. The hubby and I went to UPS to have them package and ship it for me. I figured they would do a better job than I can. I was a little disappointed to find that it was costing me $90.16. It's a lot but I believe it is worth it. I got some writing done today both here online and on the book. That made me really happy. And on the way home from shipping the diaper cake we stopped at Subway to pick up a couple of subs for dinner. Yeah, no cooking today. So, how was your day?

You shipped a cake by UPS and it cost that much? Did I miss something? Somehow I'm not wrapping my head around you shipping a cake. Wouldn't it spoil before it got there? How far is it going for that price, which I think is astronomic.

Valerie it's not a sweet cake, it's a "diaper cake", it's for a birth shower.

@just4himIt is a cake made of diapers and baby items. It is not edible. It's to be used for the centerpiece for my daughters baby shower.

Oh you are enjoying outside meal today. No cooking at home. We cook everyday at home only. We don't go to hotel or outside for eating. How often do you do it?
