Morning! I am getting ready to go workout here in a bit we wanted to go early. How is everyone doing today? I am doing good. It is Friday anyone got any plans for tbe weekend? We will be going grocery shopping tomorrow other than that nothing going on here. Hope everyone has a good day and wonderful weekend.

So far my day has been good got my workout in and now home had a sandwich and touched up my hair from working out now getting some mylotting in only need .25 more to my $10 and I will get it today.

I sure did for what I did I over did it on treadmil today tried increasing my speed today on it got a headache from it so worked more on my arms today.

@NJChicaa That's not good. I always hang on I see some people where they can do it without hanging on and like jog in place on them.
