How do you begin your morning time? We prepare for the Army.

April 21, 2017 3:51pm CST
I and my friend wakes up early in the morning everyday at 5 a.m. We go out for a walk. We run 5 kilometers everyday and do some exercises. Actually my friend is to join Military Forces. He is very hard-working?. He has to give his selection on April 25 for the Indian Army and have to pass the fitness and medical test. I wish him best of luck. How do you spent your morning time? Do you get up early or late?

Very good to wake up in the morning, there is a saying to wake up before the cocks are crowed, when he is late he has predicted eating chicken. Btw, the sport was good, but seeing now much is happening that those who ran that morning had a stroke. The first morning went well, but now it's worth noting the location and the diet. When running in the factory area, the freeway must be avoided, because the morning dew is the result of engine pollution. For food is also considered, because at this time our food is not necessarily hygienic. In addition, I hope your friends will be accepted at INDIAN ARMY. Success for your friends

Both early or late depends on at what time I sleep. I start working at home as soon as I get up. All the best for your friend on his selection.

I'm a freelancer so I wake up anytime. I always start my day with a mug of coffee. I usually do warm ups by watching an episode(series), play a mobile game, or listen to music while meditating(visualization meditation). Then it's all work until I call it a day.
