Emailing starbucks

I used my gift cards and then a gift code for my order with Starbucks todat. I charged the remaining $12.11 on my credit card. Well they keep charging it then subtracting it today they charged my credit card $13.11 then another 1.56$. So I will be emailing them this weekend to sort it out.
