I Love a Rainy Night

“I Love a Rainy Night” is a great country song by Eddie Rabbitt. I have always loved rainy nights in the summer that come along with thunder and lightning. Well here it is too early to expect any thunderstorms and it was a rainy day not night but this song came to mind anyway. It was one of those really nice rainy spring days where the rain is sort of like a mist and even though you cannot really see it you suddenly notice bright, shiny raindrops hanging from branches. I really enjoyed the rain today. Of course my all time favorite is a stormy night rain. Who likes thunderstorms? What is your weather like today?

There is something soothing about rain falling at night. Now the thunder I hate... but I would trade it all in for the snowstorm that we had this morning. :(

I love rain, especially in the night, but I think three nights in a row - and during the day as well is a bit too much. That is what is happening in my neck of the woods right now.
