I don't like my neighbor

Morning has never been this good because its Sunday here in the Philippines until someone got into my nerves.
I have 4 GermanShepherds ( one about to give birth next month) and 1 standard chihuahua dog. All of them were trained because they all went to a k9 school. Meaning if they are noisy, they keep quiet if you stare at them. There's this one neighbor of mine who has a dog that is kind of annoying because they would just let it bark and bark and bark. I went outside not to do anything and stuff like that towards the dog but to clean the driveway. And wallllaaahh! He approached me saying, "Let's exchange dogs, I'll have poochie (the name of my chihuahua one) and I'll give you JURU ( their dog's name). Then I didn't say anything but only smile. " You keep my dog and I will kill poochie and cook it because he doesnt run straight. He keeps on spinning".
I was literally shocked. My dog did not do anything to him. Poochie was given to me as a birthday gift. How cruel of him to think like that. I almost cried in front of him. He does not have any idea what was my history with dogs. All of a sudden, memories of kennie (my old dog) all flashed back. I managed to keep my cool and went inside the house without a word but full of sarcasm when I smiled.
How dare him. You judge what type of person he is. I haven't had any conversation with any of my neighbors since then. I swear, if only I can move right away, I would have done it. I don't like neighbors like him.

whew! i somehow tried to understand but I failed. lol.. When he saw me with my phone all the time, he stopped it. Maybe he noticed that I would record anything this time so I can sue him. lol.

he already said the reason. That he's annoyed with my dog because it keeps spinning. and it runs and runs and runs till he's tired. and he barks at people he doesnt know. which is idiot because that's the dog's purpose to guard you and bark at people he doesnt recognize.

@SIMPLYD he better try to harm any of my dogs. I allow poochie to roam around because if he's gone and something happens, i only have one person in mind who can do it. And he better hide it carefully that I wouldn't know or he'll end up explaining things to the authorities. to PAWS

he better try. I have grieved over my dog in the past and it took me 3 months to speak again and 15 years to have a dog again. If he will harm my dogs, any of them. I will directly report him to PAWS. I'll have him go viral for his behavior.

If your living in the Phils. You do realize that he can be jailed for animal cruelty, even threats like that can get him to jail. Just make sure you record the conversation.

LOL . . . I thought it is now illegal to eat dog meat down there! He wanted to cook your poochie, eh! I am also not comfortable talking to my neighbor (the man not his wife) on the left . . while I like our neighbor on the right. Both our neighbors are East Indians (from India). The guy on the left is hambog in Tagalog, while the guy on the right is like me - - respectful and not show off.

That's why it's a pleasure being here in Korea lol. I cannot see my chismosa,pakialamera, inggetera neighbor (rumormonger,nosy,jealous) .
I don't have issues with his dog.But what I do not like is when he sweeps his dog's pooh, he deliberately throws them in front of our gate.

I am also a dog lover, now can not keep because it lives in the apartment. I can grasp your anger over a neighbor who can not keep a dog properly. I have a dog that we really remember when we want to die is still waiting for mommy and die on the feet of mami, we cry all while buried at our family home. Until now still always remembered the dog. Be patient with your neighbor, do not take heart. Always happy in your days

Even i don't like my neighbour. He is a mechanic and last month he was making so much noise early in the morning that we had to go and report him. I just hate it when you are doing your level best not to disturb your neighbour but here is not respecting you
