The things these airline companies are getting away with lately it just makes me sick. There have been 2 incidents on the news lately the recent one was a lady coming on with a baby stroller and they would not let the person on the plane. They are getting to be as bad as the police.

And that's why I don't fly if I can help it. If I can drive that's what I do. I don't understand how they get away with all this garbage. Who is paying who anyways.

Right it's crazy both people in the incidents have gotten lawyers the one person was hurt from them.

@Tina30219 I hope the customer wins. It's like doctors if you make an appointment and don't make it they charge you for it and when you do show up you wait and wait. Overbooking at it's finest. Like their time is more important than mine.

@fishtiger58 I hope they win also it is crazy. Yeah I agree it sucks we show up on time for our appointments and have to sit and wait it is rediculious.

Not to mention gouging customers by charging for everything and forbidding you from bringing on board your own food to force you to buy theirs.
