A Hot Summer Day

Good morning everyone.
It's gonna be a hot summer day here today.
I captured a pic of the rising sun.
And it is a great big ball of red orange color.
Which tells that the heat factor is gonna be high.
We have to drink more water to beat the summer heat.

I heard it is really scorching hot in the Philippines these days. I am glad I am not there lol

the golden rays of the sun at 6AM. we would instruct the newly-delivered mothers to expose their infants under this golden rays of the morning sun. it helps in reducing physiological jaundice normally found in newborn babies.
