Good morning everyone. It's gonna be a hot summer day here today. I captured a pic of the rising sun. And it is a great big ball of red orange color. Which tells that the heat factor is gonna be high. We have to drink more water to beat the summer heat.

That's beautiful. I like seeing the rising sun because it gives me hope. But sunset seems to remind me, I am already approaching my sunset years.

Don't think about going into your sunset years. Think about the many beautiful and good things you're going to have in your succeeding years ..

Not too bad in Miami. The weather seems fair. The fan is going but it's not too hot. Enjoy the weather hopefully some breezes will come through.

We really hope for cold breezes here. Lucky are those who have air conditioning in their homes or offices. They can just stay inside and enjoy the coolness of the room.

the golden rays of the sun at 6AM. we would instruct the newly-delivered mothers to expose their infants under this golden rays of the morning sun. it helps in reducing physiological jaundice normally found in newborn babies.
