How to get my money back from Amazon?

I have been subscribed to bookbub since 2014 and never had a problem when they send me e-mails with free or discounted e-books from Amazon Kindle. However, I noticed some money taken out of my paypal from amazon on Monday, the same day I ordered a free e-book. Since on Paypal they don't tell you exactly what was bought, I can only assume it was this e-book, even though the price I was charged is different than the original price of the e-book. First I went to the author, even though I am sure it isn't her because her original price is different, I submitted a message on her website and her Facebook page, but I haven't heard back from her. Then I tried paypal. I can't go through paypal, because their complaint form is one I have to print out (I have no ink and can't afford more ink at this time) and besides, why should I pay for a stamp to send this complaint? If there is a way to complain online through paypal, please let me know. Then I went to Amazon and all I can find is a return for orders, which obviously has nothing to do with Amazon Kindle because it only shows other orders. I can't find where to make a complaint there either. So now I'm lost on what to do next, though I am removing my paypal card from Amazon so this doesn't happen again.

@changjiangzhibin89 Also I learned a lesson...NEVER allow a site to save my card number!

I hope you get your money back. The woman I talked to was nice and from talking to her, I think my Amazon account was hacked into, and though I removed my card from the site, she said she will make my card invalid and then send me another card, along with getting my money back.

@Carmelanirel2 I hate waiting for them to email me back, so when possible I always call. And you are more than welcome.
