Today at the garden centre ... and more photos...

well our day went according to plan, everything went well at the clinic, and very quickly.. which was an added bonus...
we went and did another couple of errands and then headed back to the car, and headed to the garden centre, but it was too early for afternoon tea... so we had a light snack instead...
Having enjoyed our refreshments, we walked around the garden centre garden, which was very nice, lots of flowers plants shrubs and trees..., sssoooo many photo opportunities... but sssoooo little time.. but..., I still managed to get a few... lol

Our lady bought some nice plants for her patio pots... so hopefully if we get a sunny spell over the weekend 
we'll plant them out ...
my favourite was a miniature orchid called little lady, in a variety of colours, which decorated the tables in the cafeteria.

thanks janet @jaboUK we were wondering about that...like you say we could still get frost... we had a frost on thursday morning I think it was ...

wow! i wish we'd such garden centres here! so much inspiration 'n so well tended. i hope that the weather held 'n ya were able to get those planted. the orchid 'twas lovely (purple, too! lol) but i 'twas particularly drawn to the wood carvin'. ya know me, i'm a sucker fer wood 'f any sorts.

@sueznewz2 oh, we've the lil splotch 't wally-world 'n lowe's, e'en the grocery store's some plants. there's a couple 'f nurseries here, but they aint set'p to please the eye 'n let folks see how the plants they sell'll handle our kinda weather. 'tis a challenge to grow many thingies here, dependin' 'pon ones soil 'n such. i'm blessed with caliche 'n blow sand :) lots 'f compostin' through the years 's helped immensely. big hugs 'n love!

yes I remember..@crazyhorseladycx ..im glad you liked the photies... aren't there many garden centres or plant nursery's in your area... but ...you're climate is a bit of a challenge for growing plants isn't it...??!

Love your photos, I haven't been to the garden center yet, its too early here in Canada to even think about planting. By the end of this month our flowers will be planted so I should go and check out the new plants.
