Yesterday. . . all my troubles seemed so far away

Oops, this is not a Beatles' song, no troubles.
Yesterday I posted at the beginning of the day about a dark bank of clouds looming on the horizon. It sprinkled a little and they drifted away. Sunshine at the end of the day.
We went to do our weekend shopping. I had some ingredients to buy for a pot luck.
This morning I woke up while it was still dark, with a horrible headache. It is weather related.
The wind is blowing from the north and for a while the thunder was seriously shaking the house.
I shall stay in and be cozy today. It is just that kind of day.

The headache reduced but still stayed on until evening. We actually saw clear skies as the sun was going down.

@sallypup After a certain point I cannot seem to stay in bed, unless I am sick. Thank goodness I am not sick. I was busy yesterday planning some pot luck dishes for today.

I kept the headache all day, but it was still relaxing. Lots of laundry and cooking to do. Hubby and I got to working on the plans for moving our office.

We are supposed to have rain starting yesterday for 4 or 5 days and we only got a sprinkle too. Looks pretty gloomy out there.
