I want to sleep less

I have observe that I sleep more than other people, sometimes around 12 hours a day. It is not that I am too much liking sleep. but even If I am doing something of my interst, mylotting for example. I become sleepy and gradually drowsy and fall asleep. what could be posible reason.. even now i think i should go to bed.

Either you're not getting enough REM sleep, that's where you sleep deeply, if I remember correctly, or something else may be the problem. How long do you try to sleep at one time? It could also be that you are missing some vital minerals or vitamins. What you eat may also have a big impact on your ability to be restful after getting your sleep in. Currently I try to get eight hours. Sometimes I sleep most of the night and other nights I can't sleep more than a few hours. I also do like to sleep and it used to be that I could sleep eight to ten hours and then nap pretty easily in the daytime, but now when I nap it seems to impact how well I sleep.
