What's it with America?

While skilled labour is accepted with open arms America does not want unskilled labour from India. It wants those jobs reserved for Americans, if that is how I understood about the restrictions on the H1B1 visas.
Is that what it is?

Wish they encouraged Americans to qualify. There was interview of Indians at a college there and I was shocked that of the hundreds there were only 3 American students in their class.

There's just too many immigrants in the US that regular citizens aren't being taken care, some or most are now homeless.
