The upbringing of the younger generation is an upheaval task, as it need to inculcates both morals and ethics, as well as moulding them into good human beings. But apart from parents the schools also play a vital role in shaping them into responsible citizens of the society. No doubt, parents are a child's first tutors, who teaches them the nuances of etiquettes as well as discipline from the very tender age. This makes the child more attuned to the rules and regulations of the family, making them learn and imbibe the prerequisites of an well behaved individual. For instance, a child bought up in an healthy atmosphere will blossom into an mentally healthy person, with an openmindness and positive approach towards life. Where as the offsprings of an disturbed family develops into a introvert and have meek personalities who cannot adapt themselves to the fast pace of the changing society there by retrieving themselves into their makeshift shells of ignonimity and aloofness. A school is a place where further refining of the children takes place, by exposing them to  diverse cultures, traditions and interaction with people from all walks of life.It is a breeding ground of talent, competition and associations, where the fundamental aspect of learning and grooming occurs simultaneously. For example, children of all sects and societies when treated equally will not garner animosity of anykind, but at the same time can also help in developing constructive competition levels among themselves. But if any discrepencies occur in the handling of kids by biased attitudes of the teachers towards any particular class or creed may leave a mass destructive impact on the growing minds, making them averse towards certain people and categories. Young minds are like plain canvas, on which both the parents and academic fraternity has to fill their positive colours to make a beautiful potrait for their mindset, so that they can be a wonderful assets for the society to claim accolades for.Because society needs exemplary examples for the next generation to look upon as an role models who has left their imprints of excellence with perseverence and pursuit.
