Youtube really does have some great guided meditations and the music is always superbly relaxing. Ive done this a few times also. Thanks for reminding me of that.

@anoop29 Honestly I cannot say that I know what is good because it really depends on what the person wants to achieve by doing it. A school I went to however, offered transcendental meditation and I participated in the programs. That is what I am used to, but it really does depend on the individual.
i watch Connor maynard's channel sometimes too, since his music mashups are cool

I've been watching the Threadbanger videos a lot lately, as well as the Hercules Candy company's videos. I also like The Brothers Green for cooking videos. I get quite a few ideas from them.

eeeep I have been subscribed to threadbanger for some years now haha and ive watched a lot of brother green eats ! Will look into Hercules candy company though, thanks for the ideas !

@samistark Keep in mind, the Hercules Candy channel is very different than the other two... I was entranced by their ribbon candy making process over the holidays and kept watching their channel.
