Do you like to watch soap operas?

Don't get me wrong... I don't like them and I think they are just a big waste of time. I don't understand how one can have so much patience to watch so many episodes with so many equal stories and always with the same endings.

Yup I'm one of those crazy people that likes soap operas. I've been watching General Hospital for 50 years or more

I watched a lot of years; however, haven't seen any recent episodes of General Hospital. General Hospital Anna Lee, who played Lila for so many years was dropped from the show and I was done. She passed away not long after the show removed her full time status at the age of 91.

Do you like to watch soap operas? Asking me that question is like saying can you eat just one Lays Potatoe Chips. You just can't eat one. You have to come back for some more.

The characters on soaps become "friends" in away. There's comfort in familiarity. It's not like you are glued to the screen because you know the voices and can do other things.

I agree with you. The last one I watched on TV was The Wrong Girl. It has a happy ending. I'm not sure if it will continue (as I haven't see it back on)...but if it is still on, I think I will stop.
