Are Cargo shorts on the way out?

Good morning.Back from my game of tennis. Cargo Shorts?Some women do not like them.They do not flatter They are drab and formless and the wide cut make your butt look flatter and your thighs look thicker and your gut larger. Tailored shorts are in.Most women do not like cargo pants or shorts. Okay,men what is your take on this.Do you wear Cargo shorts. I do and not she got me thinking.Check out my butt and thighs and stomach. I liked them because of the pockets. photo is public domaine

My husband does not/will never wear shorts. He wears jeans all year long. Cargo pants are way too bulky looking but I'm sure LLBean people like them.

I hope that they do not go out of style, they are very practical and if a guy needs to dress up a little, there are lots of other choices. I just hope that those short jogging shorts from the 70's don't make a come back any time soon!

I don't really have an opinion on cargo pants. I know those with pockets down low are hard to iron.

@JudyEv We are not even allowed to hang anything outside where I live now/ When I lived in New Jersey I use to hang the clothes out and little garden snakes would crawl over my feet.

I have never ironed them. I take them out of the dryer and smooth them out immediately.

No, I do not like them, but if someone feels comfortable, there is no reason not to wear only because they are going out of fashion.

They are not going out of fashion here in the states. I see them in the stores all the time and people wearing them. I like all the pockets in them.

I love them. They're comfortable and have good air circulation and range of motion for my legs on really hot days, plus the pockets are nice.

I am a woman and I love to see a guy on cargo shorts. I don't think they are on their way out as they are a very versatile piece of clothing.
