What do you think is the best Virtual Machine? virtual box or virtual machine workstation

In my experience I tested two virtual machine named virtual box and virtual machine workstation. In virtual box i have a problem regarding flash drive.The virtual box does not read flash drive when i plug it.The other problem is that cannot connect to LAN interface.The other virtual machine I tested is virtual machine workstation, it works fine but the problem is there is no tutorial on how to bridge the network between the original Operating system and the Virtual machine Operating system
