Obnoxiousness = diminished property value

Property value is something home owners want to increase not decrease. There are numerous amount of things that can make the value move in either direction. Well kept property and home makes the value go up. Poorly kept property and home makes the value go down. Bad neighborhood with high crime rate property value goes down. Our property value is around $100k as is. We are slowly constantly working on not only maintaining that but also increasing it. We have these neighbors who are obnoxious. No respect for our space it seriously irks me. The whole point to buying this place was because of the privacy. We keep finding out that they trespass on to our property quite a bit. I hate driving by their home because it is starting to look like a petting zoo. Even our dog and telling them that the dog will bite them does not stop them from wanting to be on our property. Kind of hard to have privacy when you have people around.

They have even admitted to breaking into our place when it was vacant to see what if anything was.lwft behind by previous tenants. We plan to fence it all off hopefully they will trespass on a someone else's land and drive them nuts. A few wks ago she was on our property got lost and wandered onto someone else's land late night. It's draining we just wish they'd disappear one day. Like get deployment or just up and move. They're imprudent clingy and and obnoxious so sick of them.

@lokisdad If you put up an new fence, then they will stop trespassing to you property. Yes, that is a wise idea.

although the housing business here in my place shows the houses presentable online, when the house is visited, the real appearance is in contrast. the house of my brother is for sale, and there are many who come to visit the house. the facade of the house is good, but when they come in, they are dismayed because they thought the house is big, when in fact, it is only good for a small family. that is a wonder of photo shopping pictures. it may appear big, but in reality, it is not. why are your neighbors doing that to you? do they trespass?

They chase whipperwill birds they ride their bikes I told her our other neighbors almost got bitten by dog day before yesterday and still they rode their bikes down. I told them I will not be held responsible. They've been told the dog has teeth he does bite and he knows how to get out of his collar. It seems like nobody cares. Our dog doesn't like them got extremely hostile when he saw the kids and they still don't care. By far my most annoying neighbors. They also spy on us. They asked to hang out we said no we have company. They showed?up five minutes later saw Xtra cars and left. When we do talk they mention all of our guest arrival and departure. Mind your damn business worry about your own life don't worry about who I am with and what I am doing dang.

@ridingbet we are just going to put up a fence when we have money and the gate will have the panel for a access code or be let in by us which will physically keep people out off our property.

We stopped all contact with them a while ago and they have stopped coming onto our property they however still have a front yard that looks like a mess however i don't care too much I don't have to see it just briefly for a few seconds as I pass it on my way out and coming in. If they ever sell it we will buy the property just to be able to prevent ever having to deal with any more annoying/problematic neighbors.

I remember the time before we renovated the front into a commercial space, neighbors and passer bys throws trash and pees in our walls. So disrespectful. I think we have more crime now because our once quiet subdivision had been commercialized and became a City.

Civility and using the brain seems to be a thing of the past. Cost of living is going up jobs aren't as easy to get qualification requirements well at least for the ones that pay well. People are becoming desperate and things are just becoming worst society is slowly decaying and becoming an unsalvageable waste.

Only a fence can stop nosy and rude neighbors who do not respect other people properties.

@lokisdad This is what I would suggest, at least they must show their colors.

@LadyDuck yes this way we could also file formal complaints if need be and have proof to support my complaints if that should ever happen.

We were also thinking of making the fence tall so that the only way you could get onto property would be by climbing over it which would mean they are purposefully and knowingly trespassing.

It sounds as if you need a nice 8 foot fence and a no trespassing sign.

The neighbors were troublesome for quite a while and then we stopped interactions with them and things now are good. They stay on their property and we are enjoying the privacy once again...

Well, around here property values are actually starting to climb again. Right across from us there was a 2 bedroom that is being offered for $240,000 which now that the housing market is on its way back up, this is a Good thing. We do need to do some work to our place though and plan to start doing some of the outside Yard work if we can ever figure out someone to help so some of it without wanting to charge us too much,

No trespassing signs, only where they are trespassing. Put up cameras, some real some dummy cams. Have you asked them to not come onto your property? I had the neighbors that did not understand that I bought 5 acres not just a lot with a house, finally I told the mom to keep her kid home and stop shooting toward my place, or I would shoot back. I do not hear nor see them anymore.
