Chicken curry with stuffed green peppers in lunch... / myLot

It's a wonderful weekend here I just got back home from mom's place last night. Today the weather is hot here. I cooked chicken curry for lunch with stuffed green peppers. It was really a yummy spicy lunch. Kids loved it too. What did you had in lunch?

how do cook stuffed green peppers? do you bake it in an oven?

No when the chicken gravy is tender o put stuff peppers on top of the gravy and cover it for ten minutes.

I had my lunch in a restaurant as it is Sunday. There will be some vegetable curry specially made on Sundays which I like most of the times. So after recollecting the curry I straight away went inside.
