Since it is so sunny, our body gets dehydrated often. So we feel thirsty often. Before and all I used to drink refrigerator water to quench my thirst. But my grandmother advised me not to drink refrigerator water, instead she told me to drink pot water, since it is good for health. From then I started to drink pot water. Which one do you prefer .....either sand pot water or refrigerator water..?? Image courtesy: Google.

@Teekaaa i usually take refrigerated water. But if your grandma is telling youto drink water from the sand pots then you better heed her. As the saying goes ''listen to your grandparents advice not because they are always right but they have more experienced than you''

Usually during Summer, we wish to drink chill water to cool our body. So we go for refrigerator water. But it is not good for health. Actually it makes our body hot.But pot water will be chill, quench our thirst, reduces the heat and also good for health...

Pot water will keep our body cool... Many of us have a thought that drinking refrigerated water would keep our body cool, but it's not true. Actually it makes our body hot...

I prefer refrigerated water although sand pot water is a bit purer I think.

My mother tells the same but I normally stick to the regular water, neither sand pot nor chilled. I know not why but whenever I take anything cold, my body takes it too seriously and catches cold I can't even have ice-cream properly because of this
