Hello friends
It is 10.25 pm in California. I returned an hour back after attending Art of Living kriya session and special meditation on account of Buddha Purnima. Yes today is Full Moon Day and also coincides with Buddha's birth day.
This session of Art of Living was conducted in Santa Cruz. This place must be roughly 10 miles from where we are staying --Cupertino.
The sessions were attended by roughly 50 people and I enjoyed participation in the same. One feels more refreshed after doing kriya and also meditation.
Good day

Sanjeev - where are you living? Delhi -- there must be a lot of centres in Delhi-- in which area of Delhi are you living? I can send details about nearby centres.

We do not do any special puja at home on this day. Full Moon days - you may be aware the sea and ocean waves will be high and the spirits are supposed to be active. good day

yes. I do kriya regularly and do a few yoga exercise formats like suriya namaskaram. It makes me feel good.
