Daddy Update!

Good new for my daddy! They did a non invasive procedure to stop his bleeding! He was very scared of course and everyone made it seem like he was going to die so of course I was freaking out! Even bought tickets for me and my son to fly out today to see him. But then him and my mom call me and tell me to hold off coming until when we planned so it would be a more happy visit and it wouldn't rack up my credit card (money really wasn't my main concern at that particular moment honestly.) I keep calling to check up on him and he seems to miraculously doing much better. He needs to lay off the smoking, which he should've done anyway, and eat better since his diabetes was a big factor too. I don't really know what the main culprit was that caused all these bleeding issues, but I'm sure it was just his long life of drinking and smoking and not taking good care of himself. He has been sober a very long time though, so I commend him for that at least. :-) But anyways, me and my family plan to see them in July/Aug unless things take a turn for the worse which I pray will not happen. I hope he keeps getting better and sticks to a better diet. Thanks for everyone's prayer and good wishes for my daddy! Love him so very much!
