Too Lazy to Cook

Tonight, I am feeling too lazy to cook. Good thing my husband is okay with anything. I mean he is not picky. He does not complain as long as we have something to put in our stomach. So , tonight I am just going to make sunny side up eggs for dinner lol. We still have some side dishes so that's all we'll be having for dinner. Luckily, my daughter also likes eggs. What do you usually cook when you are too lazy to cook?

Egg is a good emergency food because it could be cooked into different forms, we also do that. Besides eggs I also open canned goods from our disaster preparedness supplyand just replace later, I take out the ones that would expire first.

@Iam_jauntyjen and you can also dip SPAM in beaten eggs before frying if you want variety, yeah spam is also a versatile food like egg, it fed our soldiers in WWII.

My husband does at least half, if not more, of the cooking. There are nights when neither of us wants to cook. We'll throw together a sandwich or open some soup on those nights. Egg sandwiches are good.

@Iam_jauntyjen My hubby will gladly cook, but he's not real good about helping with the clean up.

@Iam_jauntyjen yes, i believed in that too. that is why when i fry some hotdog, i would let them boil for several minutes, then i would fry them well.

I do not like to cook. I am a vegetarian; my husband is a carnivore. We cook our own meals since we do not eat the same foods. Salads are easy to whip up for me.

@Iam_jauntyjen I buy it from the grocery store. I always use Raspberry Vinaigrette due to it being low in calories and quite tasty too.

If so, perhaps I will cook the instant noodles. This is the fastest way to prepare a meal
