Paying too much on the bill

I got this banking app for my phone. I was trying to pay my cell phone bill and I paid $500.00 on it . I tried changing it or reversing it but they wanted a fee. So I guess I paid the bill for least 3 months now.

Are you sure $500 last for just 3 months? My phone bill is very low. If I were to pay $500 upfront, I think I do not have to pay a single cent for next 2 years.
