Magic Cube

I'm sure you have at least heard of the magic cubes, those toys that came out in the 80's and upset a lot of people, not because it was bad but because hardly anyone could solve it. The famous French chef, Cédric Grolet, master in the art of confectionery, had the wonderful idea of honoring the iconic toy by creating a cake in the shape of a magic cube.

We call them rubix cubes here. We have one on the cd shelf. i often tease the other half by saying i am going to mess with it , since he got it perfect.
