Its 4 in the morning and I am awake

I had to get up as my mom called up and I had to go out to pick her up at 2 AM. Since then I could not sleep. Tried for almost 1 hours. so finally desided to open my laptop and post some good stuff for my fellow myLot friends. Have some one had this kind of issue if got up from sleep at odd hours then it becomes slightly tough sleeping again
