MOTHERS' DAY

Tomorrow - 14th May is celebrated as Mothers day. All of us will have our own ideas about this. It is true none can replace one's mother. My mother died in May 1994. In fact she was taking care of feeding me till the end. On that fateful day 30th May 1994 she cooked for me and gave me in tiffin box for me to eat on that day afternoon. I was serving in a suburb office --75 km from Chennai. After sending me to office(7 am) she attended other works and around 1030 am she went to the terrace to pour water to a few plants she was maintaining. She fed the plants and while getting down she collapsed in the stairs and died. I was given information over phone and I rushed back to home. As per our culture rituals were completed by that day 8 pm. O mother ! I am happy an occasion has come for me to recap that day.
