Good morning Folks :) It's 4:52 am in India and I just finished doing my Dance Aerobics.. I used to do it in year 2012-13 and it gave wonderful results but then I left so my body is taking it hard now... On day1, i did only push ups n scissors for 10 minutes and my abs n arms pained like anything that I've taken 2days break after that LOL So, Today I started with Dance Aerobics.. It feels really very nice.. I'm sweating alot means a way to be skinny yayyy

That's very nice its good for health and also a very nice way to lose weight. I just want to gain some white, as everyone says I am skinny.

Sounds so good, but I can see in your Dp that you are already slim, why do you want to loose more. By the way exercise and dance both are very good for physical and mental health, so enjoy my dear.

Hello actually I am not zero figure so there is little fat on my stomach and also on my upper arm which I really want to live and secondly I am scared that I do not get fat in the future.. So, I am just taking precautions

It's good to exercise to keep in shape. Remember not to overdo if it's a long time you do nothing.

@ShifaLk Too much of everything is never good. Too much exercise can have negative effects on your physical and mental health, including your metabolism. Listen to your body, if you feel exhausted STOP!

Cool...I too put on much weight..thinking to start gymming or doing aerobics but problem with me is that I can't get up early..will you suggest me some tips of getting up early in the morning and how to firmly stick on it.

From your DP it doesn't seem that you need to lose weight. But exercises are good for health. And yes you said you wanted to lose the fats in your arms so the push ups will definitely help

At 4-52 am you already completed them!! You must be waking up quite early. I just woke up now and no exercising for me right now. I wish I can be regular on it too. Yes Dance Aerobics is good to way to stay fit. Keep it up.
