Strange Things Available for Purchase Series: WWF Cookbook

Before the WWE was the WWE it was known as the WWF, and since I am assuming at least a couple of you clicked on this thinking it was a World Wildlife Federation cookbook (which would kind of be equally as strange), you can probably guess the constant confusion between the two organizations and why they changed to WWE. But I digress, the first item of the Strange things Avaialble for Purchase Series is a cookbook that was put out while WWE was still WWF, hence the title. It is a cookbook with some of the hottest wrestlers at the time's favorite recipes. The name of this Strange and might some say fabulous creation was "Can You Take the Heat?" and features recipes for Red Velvet Cake from Kane, Road Dogg's Oatmeal Cookies and a peculiar one titled Jericho Doodles. While this is hilarious to me, when I think wrestlers and wrestling merchandise- a cookbook is not the first thing that comes to mind, I am sure plenty of copies sold and that bigger wrestler fans than myself would love to have a copy.

Wait... the WWF and WWE aren't different things? Wasn't there two different wrestling groups in the 80s?

This is a question I am not sure i can fully answer. ECW was around in the ninties. there was nwa too, but im not sure when that was. I know that WWF turned into the WWE, buuuut i dont know much about what groups were around in the eighties. @TRBRocks420 would be much more able to answer this question... lol, are you a wrestling fan @spiderdust?

@spiderdust I would assume you have a son who is interested in it? lol, just a guess. I watched a little when i was younger but the other half is a huge fan, and our neighbors have all the WWE it seems- so of course he has been borrowing them lol

I mean there are a lot of shows I like watching, but I don't think I would want themed recipes from the show, and this one was just really bizzare to me @NJChicaa

Hahaha the first thing that popped into my head when I read the title was World Wildlife Fund! I had visions of one page telling us how to save wildlife and the next page telling us how to cook it!!! I'm slightly relieved it's about wrestlers!

@Essjayd HA! I'm sure there is a World Wildlife Fund cookbook somewhere, but I am sure that it isn't recipes about how to cook the endagered species. I'm sorry for the scare lol.
