Beach resorts in our city

Our hometown is very close to beaches, where most people spend their weekends on. One of the beaches are still new and has attracted many weekenders from many places in the city. It's probably the largest beach area of all other beaches. However, beaches in our city are not well maintained. Visitors are used to littering. This newly found beach has such facilities as volley ball field, as you see in the picture, playground for kids, toilets, changing rooms, and a floating mosque. I noticed that foreign visitors are not attracted to our beaches. There are expats living in the city but we never see them on the beach. They may go to Bali, which is perhaps much more a respected place for spending holidays in.
