Since the day our goverment imposed ban on using social networking sites am using VPN (virtual private network) .but some time its takes time to connect or gets disconnect .that is why please suggest me some best VPN...

TOR with an obfuscated bridge will hide more to your ISP what you are doing than any VPN. This said, the final site can detect that it is reached through TOR, and can block the access. If it happens it might be interesting to add a VPN behind TOR. For that VPNGate is very interesting, because the IP addresses are provided by thousands of volunteers around the world, and there is a fast turnaround... but you need to test and change often to find a fast one convenient for you.
