Confused!

My bestie's birthday is coming after almost 2 months and I am already very excited for the same. Last year I had made handmade card for him yet this year I want to do something different and unique. I want to do handmade stuff only yet I have no idea what. I am confused. He is an artistic person. Can you suggest me some artistic handmade things for his birthday?
